Tania Sahakian is a global consultant with 15+ years of experience helping companies scale, expand internationally, and build high-performing teams. With a background spanning tech, education, and nonprofits, she brings deep expertise in talent strategy, employer branding, fundraising, and organizational growth.
Tania has led international expansion and operations for fast-growing companies like DISQO, where she built the Yerevan office from the ground up, scaling the team fivefold. At TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, she recruited over 300 professionals from 19 countries to deliver cutting-edge programs in tech and the arts.
Today, Tania partners with mission-driven leaders—especially in tech—to navigate growth, enter new markets, and strengthen their people and operations. Fluent in English, Armenian, Spanish, and Portuguese, she brings a truly global perspective to every engagement along with its network.
